Leading US-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company Afni added a new floor to its Fairview office in Quezon City as part of its strategy to scale up its operations in response to growing client demands for customer support services.

Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, who reaffirmed her support for the burgeoning BPO industry in the city, which plays a vital role in the city’s economic growth and development by providing employment opportunities for city residents, joined Afni executives in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at SMT4, the newly expanded site.

Afni, now on its 10th year in Quezon City, employs more than 8,000 individuals in the Philippines, a majority of whom reside in Quezon City.
