MANILA, Philippines — A total of 3,878 out of 6,833 examinees passed the licensure examination for social workers, the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announced on Monday.
The examinations were conducted on September 18, 19, and 20.
Patricia Imperial from the University of the Philippines—Diliman topped the examination with a rating of 88.60 percent, followed by another UP-Diliman graduate, Queenie Umadhay, with a rating of 87.20 percent, and Darlaine Labandero from the University of Mindanao – Davao City, with a rating of 87.00 percent.
Four schools had a 100 percent passing rate – Caraga State University – Butuan City, Leyte Normal University, University of the Philippines – Diliman, and Southern Christian College.
Bicol University – Tabaco had a 98.90 percent passing rate while Eastern Samar State University – Borongan earned a 97.56 percent passing rate.
The PRC announced that the date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony will be announced at a later date.
