Sergeant Manuel Crom of police station 3 said the victim, identified as Jonas Duphanay, 22, of Lagawe, Ifugao, allegedly fell from the seventh floor of Lope de Vega Tower Condo-Hotel where his brother, Jay Bruce, lives in one of the units.
