Concerned about the possibility of an oil spill, local authorities are seeking immediate help for a heavy equipment to pull the tanker from the spillway.

PAGADIAN CITY — A tanker truck carrying 20,000 liters of gasoline is currently stuck in a riverbank in Baliguian town, Zamboanga del Norte province and needs heavy equipment to be extricated.
