BARMM said the relief efforts were conducted by personnel of the Bangsamoro Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) in collaboration with the Naval Forces Western Mindanao (NFWM), with the support and assistance of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Field Office IX, Office of Civil Defense-BARMM, and 54th Engineering Brigade Philippine Army.
