The DFA said 763 workers and their children / relatives have so far been repatriated, including 108 who arrived on three flights last August 14 and 15.

It added that the OFWs’ one-way tickets were shouldered by the DFA-Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs’ Assistance To Nationals fund.
The repatriation of these Filipino workers was led by Philippine Ambassador Jose Cabrera III in coordination with the Migrant Workers Office in Kuwait.
