MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather will continue to prevail throughout the country on Tuesday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
“Sa ating lagay ng panahon bukas, patuloy pa rin ang mahinang epekto ng habagat or southwest monsoon sa malaking bahagi ng bansa, pero patuloy pa rin ang maganda at maaliwalas na panahon na may bahagyang maulap hanggang maulap na kalangitan,” said Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio.
(In our weather forecast for tomorrow, the weak effect of the southwest monsoon or habagat continues to affect a large part of the country, but the pleasant and fair weather with partly cloudy to overcast skies persists.)
“Pero may tiyansa pa rin ng pagulan dahil sa thunderstorms,” he added.
(But there is still a chance of rain due to thunderstorms.)
No low pressure area or storms are also currently being monitored within the country’s area of responsibility.
Pagasa said the temperature range in key cities/areas across the country for Tuesday will be:
- Metro Manila: 27 to 32 degrees Celsius
- Baguio City: 17 to 23 degrees Celsius
- Laoag City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Tuguegarao: 26 to 35 degrees Celsius
- Legazpi City: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
- Puerto Princesa City: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Tagaytay: 23 to 31 degrees Celsius
- Kalayaan Islands: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Iloilo City: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Cebu: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
- Tacloban City: 26 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Cagayan De Oro City: 26 to 32 degrees Celsius
- Zamboanga City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
- Davao City: 25 to 33 degrees Celsius
