MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday handed a total of P11.71 million in cash rewards to 13 informants who made possible the arrest of most wanted suspects.

“Today, we honor the unsung heroes whose anonymous efforts have significantly impacted curbing crime and bringing dangerous criminals to justice. We must continue to stand united against criminal elements. I urge the public to support the PNP by providing timely and reliable information on criminals and wanted individuals,” Acorda said in a statement.
