2 suspects nabbed for stealing expensive liquor in QC bar

MANILA, Philippines — Two individuals were arrested for stealing a bottle of hard liquor worth P7,000 in a Quezon City resto-bar, the Quezon City Police District said on Tuesday.
The Kamuning Police Station of the QCPD identified the suspects as Kim Louise Descuatan, 31, and Rey Serrano, 50, who were arrested outside a resto-bar on Scout Torillo, Barangay South Triangle last July 16.
The police station earlier got a call from the security guard of the bar who said he caught Descuatan and Serrano stealing a bottle of brandy displayed inside the bar.
Based on the report, Descuatan and Serrano posed as customers during the soft opening of the resto-bar.
Police recovered the stolen item from the suspects, who will face theft charges.
