DPWH road reblocking in 23 places in Metro Manila begins

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will conduct road reblocking and repairs in 23 different areas in Metro Manila from July 14 to 17.
Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) released an advisory that said the DPWH repairs will start at 11 p.m. July 14 (Friday).
Roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday, July 17.
“Motorists are advised to take alternate routes,” said MMDA.
The projects will be done in the following sites:
1. C-5 Road northbound, P. Antonio to fronting Subaru (lane 3), Pasig city
2. C-5 Road southbound, to Korean Embassy, Makati city
3. C-3 Road eastbound, between J. Teodoro to Rizal Avenue (3rd lane from sidewalk), Caloocan city
4. C-3 Road eastbound, between Rizal Avenue and Maria Clara St. (first lane from sidewalk), Caloocan city
5. EDSA (northbound), between Gen. Evangelista to Gen. Mascardo, Caloocan city
6. Mc Arthur highway (northbound), between Reparo Road – Calle Cuatro (outer lane), Caloocan city
7. Rizal Ave. Exit (northbound), between 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue (3rd lane), Caloocan city
8. Roxas Boulevard EDSA Flyover (southbound) Lane 2 and 3 (inner lane, northbound and southbound), Pasay city
9. EDSA (northbound), corner F. B. Harrison St., Pasay city
10. EDSA (northbound), Taft Avenue – MRT Station (2nd lane), Pasay city
11. EDSA (soutbound), after Malibay Bridge (outer lane), Pasay city
12. Mindanao Ave. (northbound), Tunnel to U-turn (2nd lane and 3rd lane), Quezon city
13. Mindanao Ave. (southbound), Old Volvo to JBD Plaza (4th lane from center), Quezon city
14. A. Bonifacio Ave. (northbound), corner Sgt. Rivera Street (2nd lane from sidewalk), Quezon city
15. G. Araneta Ave., Mauban to G. Roxas (2nd lane from sidewalk), Quezon city
16. Commonwealth Ave. (northbound), B. Soliven Street to Doña Carmen (2nd lane from sidewalk), Quezon city
