DOTr launches new commuter hotline
MANILA, Philippines — Commuters can now share their concerns and complaints on transport issues as the Department of Transportation (DOTr) has launched its central hotline.
According to Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista, the DOTr launched Commuter Hotline to receive the public’s grievances and allegations of red tape inside its offices and associated agencies.
“We established this hotline because we recognize the public’s role in creating a clean and efficient DOTr,” Bautista said.
“We urge our fellow Filipinos to report your concerns via the Commuter Hotline that require full attention of the DOTr and its attached agencies,” he added.
The “one-stop-shop hotline” can now be reached by calling or messaging 0920-964-3687 from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M., Mondays to Fridays.
