Overcast skies, rains forecast in Palawan, parts of Mindanao
MANILA, Philippines — An inter-tropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will go on bringing overcast skies and rains in Palawan and parts of Mindanao on Thursday.
This is based on the bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) released on Wednesday afternoon.
Cloudy weather with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms is expected in the Zamboanga peninsula, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, and the southern portion of Palawan due to the ITCZ, predicted the weather agency.
On the other hand, Pagasa sees generally fair weather to prevail in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, no gale warnings are raised in any seaboard nationwide.
