2 injured due to fallen tree on Edsa-Corinthian northbound

Two people were hurt due to a fallen Narra tree in Edsa fronting Corinthian Gardens early Thursday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.

MANILA, Philippines — Two people were hurt due to a fallen Narra tree in Edsa fronting Corinthian Gardens early Thursday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.

The wounded, who were both motorcycle riders, only sustained minor injuries, according to a DZBB report.

The road was closed to traffic at 7:39 a.m.

However, at 8:25 a.m. two lanes and the carousel lane in Edsa were partially opened. —Bea Alicia Delariarte, trainee
