Unexploded bombs found in National Museum complex, says MPD

MANILA, Philippines — Authorities have found two unexploded mortar shells inside the National Museum Complex, Manila Police District said on Tuesday.

MPD’s explosive ordnance unit recovered unexploded ordnances (UXO) identified as projectile 75mm HE (high explosive) and a cartridge 27mm anti-aircraft on Monday evening.

Operatives of MPD “cautiously approached the location and rendered safe procedure thru Pick up Carry Away.”
