MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Friday announced several holidays in different localities, including a special non-working day in Manila in view of its founding anniversary.
Official Gazette released several proclamations signed by Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.
The special, non-working holidays are listed as follows:
June 21 in Pagadian city, Zamboanga Del Sur (Pagadian will celebrate its 54th charter year. )
June 23 in Tabuk city, Kalinga (Tabuk will commemorate its founding anniversary.)
June 24 in Manila (The nation’s capital will mark its 452nd founding anniversary.)
August 1 in Kapalong town, Davao del Norte (Kapalong will celebrate its 75th founding anniversary.)
