MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. was giving an interview to the media when a magnitude 6.2 earthquake struck Calatagan, Batangas, with tremors being felt in different parts of Metro Manila.
The President was attending the International Trade Forum at the Edsa Shangri-La when lights quivered above Marcos Jr.
Onlookers looked expectantly above the Chief Executive as the light display on the ceiling trembled above him.
But the President maintained composure and continued the interview nevertheless.
