Cloudy skies, rain showers to prevail in parts of Luzon
MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon or ‘habagat’ will continue to bring cloudy skies and rain showers in most parts of Luzon.
Meanwhile, fair weather is expected to prevail in the rest of the country.
This is the forecast of Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Tuesday.
According to weather specialist Veronica Torres, the monsoon will still affect parts of Luzon, particularly in northern and central portions.
