Eunice Kristianne Albaracin was left by her mother Shela Obeso Albaracin at the Visayas Community Medical Center on Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City on Sept. 1, 2005.

The parents and relatives may see social workers Grenadier Noel and Vilma Cosido at the DSWD-7 office on M.J. Cuenco Avenue and Gen. Maxilom Street, Cebu City, with contact number 233-8779.

Failure of the parties to appear or claim the children within two months may subject the children for abandonment at the DSWD-7 central office.
