DSWD seeks parents of abandoned children
THE Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the parents and relatives of the abandoned children.
Eunice Kristianne Albaracin was left by her mother Shela Obeso Albaracin at the Visayas Community Medical Center on Osmeña Boulevard, Cebu City on Sept. 1, 2005.
Jamila Villanueva was left by her mother Merly Copreros Villanueva to Glorina Valencia sometime in December 2003 at 177-AF Jaca Street, barangay Inayawan, Cebu City.
The parents and relatives may see social workers Grenadier Noel and Vilma Cosido at the DSWD-7 office on M.J. Cuenco Avenue and Gen. Maxilom Street, Cebu City, with contact number 233-8779.
Failure of the parties to appear or claim the children within two months may subject the children for abandonment at the DSWD-7 central office.
