Fire razes 3 stores, 2 houses in Quezon town

LUCENA CITY — A fire of still unknown origin broke out late Thursday, June 1, in Gumaca town in Quezon province.

The Quezon police reported that the fire at 9:10 p.m. razed three small stores and two houses, all made of light materials, in Barangay Rosario.

No casualties or serious injuries were reported.

The fire was declared under control 12 minutes after it started. Firemen were still conducting an investigation to determine the cause of the blaze. INQ
