Rumored Aquino-Lee breakup debunked

MANILA, Philippines—Are they still on or not? If a presidential aide is to be believed, President Aquino and his latest love interest Grace Lee haven’t parted ways, as rumors circulating in social networking sites say they have.

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said on Monday that Aquino and Lee in fact went out on a date Saturday night in Makati. “They had dinner in Shangri-La, Makati. They are still OK.”
Aquino and Lee went out with some of the President’s friends, the source added.

The Palace aide made the statement when asked about rumors of the supposed breakup of the Aquino and Lee circulating in social networks.

In her twitter account, Lee made this remark: “I was just thinking the other day, the media is eerily quiet about my personal life lately. Before I can fully savor it, here we go again…”
