An injured dolphin has been washed ashore in Sta. Cruz, Occidental Mindoro on Wednesday, the local government said.

The dolphin washed ashore in Barangay Poblacion 1 in Sitio Wawa due to strong waves but was later released back to the sea, according to Occidental Mindoro Public Information Office’s Facebook page.
An injured dolphin has been washed ashore in Sta. Cruz, Occidental Mindoro on Wednesday, the local government said.

The provincial government was alerted by a user on Facebook about the incident.
