MANILA, Philippines— The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) flagged a false post claiming that the department is accepting applications for student aid.
(The department wants to make it clear — there is no truth to some posts on the website “Tescholarship.com.” The DSWD is NOT yet accepting application for educational assistance.)
