Generally fair weather nationwide on Tuesday — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather will prevail in most parts of the country on Tuesday, although rain showers are possible in some areas, particularly in the afternoon and evening, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

(Due to the south westerly wind flow, cloudy skies, rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in Palawan and Kalayaan Islands.)

(Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have generally fair weather, but scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon and evening.)

Meanwhile, Typhoon Mawari is still outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), some 2,275 east of Mindanao.

It is expected to enter PAR by Friday but is not likely to hit land mass.

No gale warning was raised over any of the country’s seaboards.
