MMDA: DPWH roadworks in Metro Manila from May 12-15

MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has advised motorists to take alternative routes as several roads in Metro Manila will undergo repairs this weekend.
According to the MMDA, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will conduct roadworks from 11 p.m. on May 12 until 5 a.m. on May 15.
The reblocking will cover the following areas:
- C-5 Road (NB), J. Vargas Intersection to C5-Ortigas Flyover Approach, Pasig City
- C-5 Road (SB), C-5 Road in front of UP Henry Sy Building (innermost lane), Makati City
- EDSA (SB), below Ayala MRT Station in front of SM Makati (roto milling or asphalt overlay only)
- EDSA (NB), Buendia Avenue Extension (third lane from bike lane), Makati City
- EDSA (SB), fronting Panorama Bldg., and opposite of SM North Annex (second lane from center island), Quezon City
- EDSA (SB), Cloverleaf Interchange to Balintawak LRT Station (second lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- EDSA (SB), fronting Guzent to fronting 1081 EDSA Building, (second lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- Commonwealth Avenue (SB), corner Commonwealth Market to opposite Sandigan Bayan, (second lane from center), Quezon City
- C-5 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (SB), fronting Unioil Gasoline Station to fronting Cebuana Lhuillier (Truck lane or second lane from center island), Quezon City
- EDSA (SB), before Cabrera St., (second lane from bike lane), Pasay City
- Mc Arthur Highway (SB), (S02118LZ) – (K0010) + (-183.50) to K0010 + (-48.50), Malabon City
- C-5 Road Doña Julia Vargas intersection near Shell Gasoline Station, along Pasig Blvd., (Westbound) near Universal Robina Corporation, Pasig City
- EDSA (SB) from Mapagmahal St., to Kamias Rd., 2nd lane (Travel Lanes), Quezon City
The MMDA said motorists will be able to pass through these roads after 5 a.m. on Monday.
