ORMOC CITY — An aunt of one of the two suspected communist rebels that were killed in an encounter with government troopers last Friday cried for justice for the death of her nephew.

Arlyn Balading, in a post on Facebook, said her nephew Joel was not a member of the New People’s Army (NPA), contrary to what law enforcers claimed.

“I hope you will understand how painful it is to lose a loved one. We have a God who does not sleep,” she said.
