14 injured in NLEX accident

Manila, Philippines—At least 14 people were injured in a vehicular accident along North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Friday morning, said Ariel Salita, NLEX supervising officer.

Salita said the 14 were injured after a 14 wheeler dump truck, a 6 wheeler truck, a public utility jeepney and private car rammed along San Simon exit in NLEX because of heavy rains and winds brought about by typhoon Falcon.

Victims were immediately rushed to Jose B. Lingad (JBL) Hospital San Fernando Pampanga.
