Kick-Off 2012 football opens today in M’daue

KICK-Off 2012, the first football tournament for a cause, comes off the wraps today at the San Roque football field in Subangdaku, Mandaue City.

Close to 50 teams will be seeing action in this event, which not only promotes grassroots development of football in Cebu, but also gives aid to the Gualandi Volunteer Service Programme, Inc. (GVSP) Break the Silence project – a deaf child sexual abuse prevention program.

This festival football tournament is open to players 6, players 8, players 10, boys 12, boys 14, girls 14, boys 17, girls 17, inter-company, ladies open and men’s open.

The P6, P8 and P10 will be a 5-a-side while the rest of the categories will be 7-a-side.
