Aviation Notice still in effect–CAAP

MANILA, Philippines—The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines’ (CAAP) ” no fly zone”  for aircraft would remain in effect until April 16 despite North Korea’s failed rocket launch, a spokespeson said.

Joy Songsong said the rerouting of flights, especially in the northern part of Luzon,  would be from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.
