MANILA, Philippines — Maynilad on Friday announced that several villages in Caloocan and Quezon City will experience water interruptions starting April 24 until May 1.
In its advisory, the water concessionaire said this is due to scheduled maintenance activities.
“These activities are being done as part of the company’s continuous effort to improve water services in the West Zone,” Maynilad said.

Maynilad urged affected customers in the said areas to store enough water for the duration of the water service interruption.
However, the water concessionaire said it has water tankers on standby, which are ready to deliver water to affected areas as needed.
Upon resumption of the water service, Maynilad said its customers should let the water flow out for a few seconds until the water clears.
