More condolences, tributes pour in for Del Rosario

The family of the late former Foreign Secretary Albert del Rosario announced on Wednesday that the wake for the foreign top diplomat will be held at the Santuario de San Antonio in Forbes Park, Makati City, on April 23 to 24 and the funeral Mass on April 25. The family made the announcement as more condolences poured in from the diplomatic community. US Ambassador MaryKay Carlson and Australia Ambassador Hae Kyong Yu praised Del Rosario’s dedication and commitment to rules-based international order. Similar messages of mourning were also sent by Japan Ambassador Koshikawa Kazuhiko, Canada Ambassador David Hartman, Ireland Ambassador William Carlos and European Union Ambassador Luc Veron. His family announced his death on Tuesday. —JACOB LAZARO
