Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Susan Ople on Monday will head for Saudi Arabia next month to follow up the unpaid claims and wages of some 10,000 displaced overseas Filipinos workers (OFWs) from the kingdom. Ople said she was invited for bilateral talks on the matter and other topics by Saudi minister of human resources and social development Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi on May 24. Ople said before she departs on May 20, she wants the complete list to be transmitted, adding that more than 7,500 OFWs have already submitted their claim forms.
