According to Laudiangco, the MYCA was issued by DBM on March 29.

“We wholeheartedly thank the Office of the President,  the Senate of the Philippines, the House of Representatives,  the Department of Budget and the Department of Public Works and Highways for helping us, the COMELEC, the remaining constitutional institution which doesn’t have its own building, to finally realize our dream of having a permanent home in 83 years of existence,” said Laudiangco.

The Comelec’s Office Complex is set to be built in Central Business Park I, Island A, Pasay City.
