Nationwide Philhealth registration tomorrow

ANOTHER nationwide Philhealth registration will be held tomorrow, June 25.

Public schools are the venues for the simultaneous offsite registration.

In the Central Visayas, Philhealth will be stationed at the Zapatera Elementary School in Cebu City, Tagbilaran City and Talibon town in Bohol and the cities of Dumaguete and Bais in Negros Oriental.

Philhealth is targeting to register parents of public school children. Dubbed Philhealth Sabado, the one-day registration runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Children 21 years old and above may register as well as minors with no parents to declare them as dependents but have relatives to pay their premium. Vendors and sari-sari store owners may also register.

Former Philhealth members may also reactivate their membership.

Registrants must bring a birth certificate or any government-issued ID, birth certificate of dependent children and parents, marriage contract for the spouse and P300 as premium payment for the quarter.

On the same day, Philhealth will join the Halad sa Kapamilya of ABS-CBN Cebu at the Cebu Technological University on M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City.

A mobile Philhealth team will also serve between 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the E-Mall on Leon Kilat Street, Cebu City to join the launching of TV-5 Cebu.
