MANILA, Philippines — Police arrested two Chinese nationals for the alleged illegal detention of a Vietnamese woman in Pasay City, the Southern Police District (SPD) reported on Friday.

The SPD said its operatives collared the suspects in an entrapment operation on Zoilo Hilario Street on April 6 after receiving a tip from a Malaysian national who received a call from the victim.
