LEGAZPI CITY – The Albay province marked its 449th founding anniversary on Monday, April 3.
Malacañang has declared April 3 a special non-working holiday known as “Albay Day” through Republic Act No. 11119 signed on October 30, 2018.
“Let’s honor this special non-working holiday by doing good deeds for our fellow Albayanos,” Albay Gov. Edcel Greco Lagman said in a Facebook post.
A wreath-laying ceremony and other activities will be conducted on Tuesday. INQ
