MAN NABBED FOR SELLING ‘SHABU’

A 23-YEAR-OLD man was arrested for allegedly selling illegal drugs in barangay Langcas, Dalaguete town, southern Cebu.

Police said Jaime Geolin, 23, was arrested after he sold a pack of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer last Monday night.

Four more packs of suspected shabu were seized from Geolin’s possession after the arrest.

A REVAMP of police station commanders in Cebu City will be implemented next week.

The changes were approved yesterday by the Police Coordinating and Advisory Council, said the Senior Supt. Melvin Ramon Buenafe, director of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO).

Buenafe said one of the objectives of the revamp is to prevent station commanders from getting familiar with illegal personalities in their area.

Buenafe said the revamp will be coordinated with the National Police Commission (Napolcom) before  implementation. /CORRESPONDENT CHITO O. ARAGON
