Local oil firms reduced the prices of diesel and kerosene, while the price of gasoline went up by P1 per liter effective on Tuesday.
In separate advisories, the companies cut the price of diesel by 10 centavos per liter and kerosene by 60 centavos per liter.
Caltex implemented the price adjustments at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, followed by Seaoil, Petron, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Petro Gazz, Unioil, and Jetti Petroleum at 6 a.m., and Cleanfuel at 4:01 p.m.
This comes a week after oil firms raised the prices of gasoline (P0.40 per liter), diesel (P1.50 per liter), and kerosene (P1.25 per liter).
