MANILA, Philippines — Authorities are looking at six more persons involved in the death of Adamson University student John Matthew Salilig to surrender, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla said Friday.
A complaint for violation of the Anti-Hazing Act has already been filed against seven Tau Gamma Phi fraternity members, namely Earl Anthony Romero, Tung Cheng Teng, Sandro Victorino, and Michael Lambert Ritalde, Jerome Balot, Mark Pedrosa and Daniel Perry.
They attended the first preliminary investigation on Friday at the Department of Justice (DOJ).

“It is with the panel of prosecutor. They are the ones investigating it. I got a report yesterday that there will be more witnesses who wants to surface to clarify the involvement or non-involvement in what happened [to Salilig],” Remulla told reporters.
“From what I know, there are six more who want to surrender,” he added.
Aside from the seven, five persons of interest are under the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) protective custody.
