MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather will prevail in most parts of the country on Wednesday, according to the state weather bureau.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the northeast monsoon or “amihan” is expected to slightly weaken after persistently affecting the country for weeks.
(We can expect generally fair weather in most parts of Luzon with possible rain showers.)
She noted, however, that the northeast monsoon may again intensify by Saturday and may trigger more rain.
Fair weather with possible rain showers and thunderstorms are likewise expected in the rest of the country, including Metro Manila, Torres added.
