Palace names 3 new PCO undersecretaries, 1 assistant secretary
MANILA, Philippines — Three more new undersecretaries and one assistant secretary in the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) have been named after an executive order prompted its reorganization.
According to the PCO, the four new officials of the office took their oath of office before President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Thursday.
The officials were named as the following:
- Honey Rose Mercado – Undersecretary for Traditional Media and External Affairs
- Franz Gerard Imperial – Undersecretary for Broadcast Production
- Gerald Baria – Undersecretary for Content Production
- Patricia Anne Magistrado – Assistant Secretary for External Affairs
The three new undersecretaries completed the list of five undersecretaries provided under Executive No. 16, which provides for the reorganization of the PCO.
