Traffic detours set for Mandaluyong’s anniversary
MANILA, Philippines —As Mandaluyong prepares to celebrate its 78th Liberation Day and 29th Cityhood anniversary on Saturday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) issued a warning to drivers on Wednesday about traffic adjustments in some areas of the city.
The MMDA has advised that on February 9, from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m., the section of Kalentong in front of Don Bosco Technical College will be closed due to a ceremony at the Kalentong Liberation Marker.
For a motorcade, Shaw Boulevard to Sta. Ana will be one-way from noon to 3 p.m.
The MMDA advises drivers to choose other routes.
