Pagasa: Fair weather in most parts of PH on Tuesday
MANILA, Philippines — Generally fair weather is expected in most parts of the country on Tuesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
Overcast skies and rain, however, are forecast in Cagayan Valley and the Davao region.
(The effect of the northeast monsoon will be slightly stronger, and will bring cloudy skies and rain showers to Cagayan Valley.)
(Meanwhile, the rest of Luzon we will experience clear weather with possible isolated rain showers.)
