MANILA, Philippines — A “stop-and-go” traffic scheme will be implemented along northbound Edsa Shaw Boulevard from Feb. 7 to 10 by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the agency announced on Monday.
In an advisory, the MMDA said the traffic scheme would be implemented for the 52nd Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Council Conference which will be held at Shangri-La Hotel Edsa, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
“A total of 685 personnel will be deployed to ensure the smooth flow of traffic,” the MMDA said.
