MANILA, Philippines — Several weather systems, including the trough of a low-pressure area (LPA) outside the Philippine area of responsibility, will bring rain over some parts of the country on Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
