MANILA, Philippines — Business owners in the City of Manila have until February 3 to renew their permits, said the Manila Public Information Office (PIO).

Should businesses not want to incur any penalties and surcharges, they must apply for renewal by the prescribed date.

“Business permit renewal is extended until February 3, 2023,” said the PIO in a Facebook post.

The same extended deadline also applies to the payment of business taxes and fees, added the PIO.

“Be reminded that the renewal discount is not included in the extension”, said the City of Manila’s government.

According to the PIO, business owners can pay through the Go Manila app, which is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

For a complete guide of bills payment for businesses, owners can also go to the City of Manila’s website.
