MABALACAT CITY — Policemen arrested the most wanted person in Concepcion town, Tarlac province during a manhunt operation on Thursday, Jan. 26.

Concepcion police chief Lieutenant Colonel Noriel Rombaoa identified the suspect in a statement as Arnel Mamangun, 43. Rombaoa said the suspect topped the list of the town’s wanted persons.

Concepcion Regional Trial Court Branch 113 Judge Percival Atinaja earlier issued a warrant of arrest against Mamangun for an act of lasciviousness, with a recommended bail of P180,000.

Supported by operatives from the provincial and regional police, Concepcion policemen proceeded to San Antonio to serve the warrant.
