Man nabbed in buy-bust in Palawan town

CITY OF CALAPAN — An alleged drug pusher was arrested by police in a buy-bust operation on Tuesday, Jan. 24, in Roxas town in Palawan province, according to a report from Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan (Mimaropa) police.
Rodolfo Delgado, 43, a tricycle driver, was arrested by police at 8:30 a.m. after selling a sachet of suspected shabu (crystal meth) weighing about 0.0014 grams and estimated at P2,000 to a poseur buyer in Barangay (village) New Barbacan.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay San Jose, is under police custody and will be facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
