Gasoline, diesel price up; kerosene down

/ 04:50 AM January 17, 2023

Oil companies implemented on Tuesday a mixed adjustment in the prices of fuel products. Per liter, gasoline and diesel climbed by 95 centavos and 50 centavos, respectively, but kerosene slightly dropped by 15 centavos. Majority of the oil companies adjusted their prices at 6 a.m. Last week, the price of gasoline decreased by 75 centavos, diesel by P2.80 and kerosene by P2.10. The Asian bellwether Dubai crude is trading around $79 per barrel while Brent crude is at $84 per barrel. The Mean of Platts Singapore, the daily average of all oil trading transactions in Singapore, serves as benchmark in pricing fuel.
