Toyota to assist motorists

MANILA, Philippines—In cooperation with the Philippine National Police (PNP), a team from Toyota Motor Philippines will be deployed in strategic points in Luzon starting Thursday until Easter Sunday to assist motorists this Holy Week, PNP spokesman Chief Superintendent Agrimero Cruz Jr. said.

Cruz  said the annual non-profit, civic-oriented service activity tagged as the Toyota Motorist Assistance Campaign will offer motorists free inspection, roadside assistance, and emergency repairs

PNP Director General Nicanor Bartolome directed all concerned police units to give necessary security and safety services by co-locating police assistance desks to complement the assistance teams of Toyota during the Lenten break.

Toyota motorist teams will be deployed in Caltex Stations in Upper Session Road, Baguio City; Rosario, La Union; Urdaneta City, Pangasinan; Narvacan, Ilocos Sur; Tagaytay City; Calamba, Laguna; Calauag Quezon; and Naga City, Camarines Sur.
