Judicial fees payment goes digital

/ 05:12 AM January 12, 2023

The Supreme Court on Wednesday announced that digital wallets, such as GCash and GrabPay, have been added as payment channels to the Judiciary ePayment System (JePS), a platform that allows the assessment and payment of legal fees and other collections by the judiciary. It said that the move was aimed at continuously improving the JePS for a more safe, secure and convenient way for litigants, their counsels/representatives and persons requesting for clearances, certifications and other services to pay court fees online. The JePS platform may be accessed through https://epayment.judiciary.gov.ph. —TINA G. SANTOS
